We are working in a ever-changing and competitive environment and adapting to stay successful is essential. RBS has come a long way, having achieved one of the biggest corporate turnarounds in history; it is now a smaller, more focused and safer bank. Join this briefing to hear CFO Katie Murray explain what RBS is looking to next in order to continue innovating for the customer under economic and regulatory pressure. In the Finance team, RBS has embraced new technologies and ways of working but it really is all about the right behaviours and culture.
