As we all know, we are living in exciting and challenging times, where technology fuelled by data is creating new opportunities to unlock value through speed, control and insight, as well as creating opportunities to completely reimagine business models.

Therefore, the focus of the session will be around the importance of transforming finance and will be moderated by Tim Wakeford, former Finance Director and Board Member of Cushman & Wakefield, who was also responsible for the entire digital transformation of finance at this real estate giant. Tim has an inspirational story to tell about this transformation, which I am sure will be useful for your own transformation journey.

The focus of the roundtable discussion will be around what we call the ‘golden triangle’ of people, process, and technology, as the 3 enablers of finance transformation.

Some of the questions that will be explored in the discussion are:

  • Do we have the right People with the right skill set?
  • Do we challenge our Processes and invest enough in automation?
  • And ultimately, does Technology truly enable Finance to be disruptive?
